This functional piece grades your garlic or ginger into a paste, with the addition of holed on the side to pull your herbs though to fall into the bowl. This is great for making salad dressing, oil to dip bread in, or just have on hand in the kitchen.
Microwave and dishwasher safe but handwashing is always reccomended!
