How do you price your items?

Pricing calculation undergoes much consideration. Including time, materials, production, and talent. When purchasing an item, you agreeing that you are responsible for reading the full item description before making a commitment to purchase. Then, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchasing by completing the check-out payment process.

Product quality

Everything is handmade inside a home studio. The consideration of quality and funactanality is something that is highly valued. The way an item feels in your hands is an important aspect I include in my creative process so the owner of my pieces can have a comfortable experience using my ceramics.  

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless you received a damaged product. Please read below for more information.

I received a broken item.

I pack each ceramic item with care and consideration, but I can't control what happens to the package once I mail it. If an item is delivered to you damaged, I will provide a 50% refund once I have received photo evidence.
